Ana Lauren is a model, actress, filmmaker, and wellness advocate who returned to the on-camera world in her mid-40s after decades away and discovered that confidence in midlife is not inherited, but built.
She began her career as a signed model in Los Angeles at 21, then stepped away to complete a master’s degree, build a career outside the entertainment industry, marry, and raise a family.
In her 40s, she returned to modeling, trained at a leading Los Angeles acting studio, and founded her own film production company. This marked a return to creative work shaped by discipline, reinvention, and self-trust.
Her work focuses on identity, confidence, and the lived experience of rebuilding oneself in midlife. She lives in Laguna Beach, California.
